A well known developer Artev Global and its British Buyers have been disputing over maintenance issues of their complexes and their individual properties in Turkey over 2 years. London Legal International filed a class action against Artev on behalf of Royal Heights complex buyers and the case is ongoing.

The matter of Turquoise site of Artev and many other sites such as Royal Heights and the handling of the sites’ management over the years by Artev and Villa Turizm was the subject of an Adjournment Debate in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 22nd February, 2012. The debate also detailed the perils of investing in property in Turkey for the foreign investor in general. The debate was raised by Naomi Long (MP for Belfast East) in response to 27 Home Owners visiting their MP’s and the reply from the British Government was provided by David Lidington MP, Minister for Europe.
